How do I book an appointment?
Click on the Book Now button to go to my online booking system. All my services and available appointments are there in an easy to use system
How do I pay for my treatment?
Payment can be made at the time of the appointment. I accept debit cards, visa, mastercard, cash and EFT payments.
Can I claim your services in my private health insurance?
As long as you are covered for Extras or Ancillary Services and Remedial Massage is included, then Yes you can!
At the end of your massage, a copy of your invoice/receipt is available online via your login you created when you booked your appointment online. Simply download the receipt and submit when you make your claim with your insurance provider.
If you didn't create a profile in my online booking system, I can email you a pdf invoice/receipt which you can submit to your insurance company for any claims you may make.
What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?
Sometimes life gets in the way and we have to change our plans. I will send you a reminder text 48 hours before your appointment and you can cancel or change or appointment at this time. If the unexpected happens and you have to change your appointment less than 24 hours before your appointment please contact me immediately.
In the event that you forget your appointment all together, full services fees will be charged. Late cancellations - less than 8 hours notice, may incur a small cancellation fee of $50.
Please understand that last minute cancellations and no-shows mean I cannot book another client.
